Your the man dude! When things are bad it is impossible to find shared folders EVEN ON OTHER LINUX MACHINES -- the machines just don't show up at all. Sometimes the shared folders are easily found, sometimes not at all. But all my computers can access the internet via my cable modem.

I set this up for everyone full access and I can see it at all my Windows machines but,I can't get into the folder. I try to connect to the computer and then this error is thrown. Good thing i recall the manual work you had to do to get samba working back in redhat 5 and 6. When I try to access the folders on the windows computers, I get "Failed to retrieve share list from server".
