I am not getting any errors on the 2 spoke servers any more. I will look at your list and reply again on Monday. The error code is given in the data section. We haven't seen any ipconfigs, and well on my end, I've assumed NetBIOS is enabled on all the WINS servers (and others as well). have a peek here
