Unable To Encrypt Offline Files Access Is Denied Windows 7


Was able to access another user's documents without issues by using their credentials. After some searching I found this post which mentioned an expired Recovery Key in Group Policy. I have edited these same files in these same locations dozens of times without a problem before. After regenerating the key and importing into policy, a gpupdate /force on laptop and reboot fixed the issue.
